1971 Hot Wheels Triple-Dog-Dare Drag Set

The rules of the childhood dare system are well documented in the 1983 movie “A Christmas Story”.

“I dare you” comes first.  Next up ” I double-dare you”.  Then, as the narrator of A Christmas Story says “a double-dog-dare.  What else was there but a triple-dare you?  And then, the coupe de grace of all dares, the sinister triple-dog-dare.”

Mattel released the Hot Wheels Double-Dare Race Action Set in 1969.  In my prior post, I added a Danger-Changer 2-Pak to produce the 1971 Triple-Dare Race Action Set.  Now it’s time to take it to the limit.  A drag set with 3 Danger-Changers.  The 1971 Triple-Dog-Dare Drag Set.
